Puppy Home Delivery: MyLab’s Taxi
A paid service, offered only in special cases and always after a visit to the kennel. We bring the puppy ourselves – never a courier.
MyLab’s Taxi is the service through which, in special cases, we bring a MyLabrador’s puppy to its new family’s home ourselves, by car or by train, without couriers. It’s a paid option, not the norm: as a rule puppies are collected from the kennel, and a visit to the kennel always comes first.
Many families who live far away ask us whether we can deliver their puppy to their home. For years the answer was no, and even today we only do it after meeting the family in person and discussing the request together.
We don’t offer home delivery as a standard service, for three reasons:
So the rule remains collection from the kennel: it’s also the moment when we can take our time explaining the puppy’s feeding, routines and documents.
MyLab’s Taxi is a paid service. The cost covers travel expenses, there and back, and is calculated on the distance from the kennel to your home: we’ll tell you the price in advance, when we discuss your request together.
Over the years we have taken our puppies all over Italy – for example to Rome, Milan, Naples, Catania, Trieste and Vasto – and to Switzerland.
If you live far away and would like a MyLabrador’s puppy, get in touch: first we arrange your visit, then we talk about the journey. If you’re coming to the kennel from far away, you’ll find places to stay and eat on our where to stay in Modigliana page.
Do you deliver puppies to people’s homes?
Only in special cases, after a visit to the kennel and by agreement. It’s a paid service, not the norm: as a rule puppies are collected from the kennel.
Is home delivery a paid service?
Yes. You pay the travel costs, there and back, calculated on the distance from the kennel to your home. We’ll tell you the price in advance, when we assess your request.
Can I get a puppy without visiting the kennel?
No. A visit to the kennel, or to an Open Day, is always required before reserving. Home delivery is only considered after that.
Do you use couriers to transport puppies?
Never. We make the journey ourselves, by car or by train, to spare the puppy the stress of being with strangers.
Where have you delivered your puppies?
To many Italian cities, for example Rome, Milan, Naples, Catania, Trieste and Vasto, and to Switzerland.
